Just wanted to drop you a line to say that eventually all our goods have now been cleared and delivered as of yesterday. The household stuff we got about 4 weeks ago but as we had imported our second vehicle 2 weeks to early we had to split the clearance and leave the car in customs until the 18th when we could legally import it. However, that said we have everything now and that helps you to settle when you have your own goods around you. We only had 2 small breakages and I would like to compliment you and your staff on their excellent packing and especially you for all your help over the period…even in the trying times !!
